My session is ideal for curriculum directors, textbook coordinators, & school-based curriculum leaders - on ALL things instructional materials - organizing your work on it, leading implementation, logistics of it, etc. I'd love to see some of you or your district folks Thursday am!
I've attached a PDF of my powerpoint, for your reference & convenience. ALSO - esp if you're newer, I'd love to come see you in mid/late Aug & Sept to help you get a good start on the new school year relative to instructional resources.
Our warehouse continues to work 7 days a week getting out the rest of your 4-core resources (& more subjects!) to you. Some of you may have all of your stuff....most of you may still be missing a little something. Sometimes what you may be missing still is odd - like - you gave us your Envision Math numbers last fall, & you don't have them yet. It's all about WHAT we have in at any given point of time when we're shipping stuff out. It's a constant shuffle, in that our warehouse couldn't hold 139 districts' worth of ELA Reading, Math, Science, & Social Studies books (again - & more subjects!) at one time. That's why we START shipping each year in JANUARY. Just trying to help with some explanations when folks ask YOU about their resources. If you have specific questions, do reach out to Wendi, Yvonne, or Tiara.
