Training Session This Thursday + A Couple Bits of Info

I had 41 folks in my textbook zoom session last Friday afternoon- glad you were with us if you were one of those! Session choice #2 is this coming Thursday morning at 8:30 until 10:00. Click here for the Zoom links you will need to view the presentation. Please join us if you're available!
This website is full of lots of helpful info! On the "adoption info" section, for example, you'll find sample textbook forms you can use as well as a PDF of the powerpoint from my Sept Zoom presentations for your reference: Check it out here.
You all know that your $100 per student Foundation program funds become available Oct. 1. But did you know that you've already received - and may spend - your 2025-2026 supplemental appropriations funds for textbooks - an additional approximately $30 per student? See the attached August memo from Dr. Mackey, & find your district's allocation. You have these funds from today until Sept. 30, 2026. Some of you have arranged for delayed billing with us at PW for your science textbooks from this past year. You might want to go ahead & pay off your balance now with your supplemental appropriations funds & be done with it! Contact Wendi Spencer at WSpencer1@ebsco.com for more info concerning billing.
Remeber these 2 things as we approach Oct. 1:
- We'll email out your list of Social Studies & Arts Education publisher contact info for you to begin soliciting samples for your district.
- We'll also email your subscription number entitlements so that you can send us your 2026-2027 numbers by Oct. 31. Be thinking about if you can take at least ONE of your 4 subjects in bulk- if you don't take them all in bulk.
